Bullying Prevention Program

We use the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program which is the most researched and best-known bullying prevention program currently known.  The goal of the program is to change the norms around bullying behavior and to restructure the school setting itself so bullying is less likely to occur or be rewarded.  The implementation is a long-term effort.  The entire school community is involved in the program – faculty, staff, cafeteria personnel, after school personnel, and most importantly parents.
